Our 2 guys (Chris and Spencer) were outstanding....on time, courteous, took time to explain, covered everything nicely both at pick up and drop off...just outstanding...made a very stressful time very manageable...thanks again guys

We had a great experience! The office staff was knowledgeable and gave me advanced notice of when the moving team would arrive. The moving team was exceptional. The individual that they were moving can be quite particular and demanding and they were very patient and understanding and handled everything with great care. I was very pleased and wanted to offer the two moving guys a job working with people we support because they were so patient and kind. I wish we could have tipped them more! Thanks so much for a great experience!

The movers that were assigned to me did a flawless job. My only complaint is with company policy.
1. You packed it, so unpack it. I’m paying you to move my stuff. Take all boxes with you at the end.
2. I didn’t put the stickers on my belongings, so why should I have to take them off of 150 items that I own?
3. I paid $7k for this and shouldn’t have to make these comments.
4. Great job overall but take time to review my comments. I can assure you that others will agree. Be the best. This is how.

Hi Jonathan, I'm glad the guys did a great job for you on your move. When you were provided a quote, it was for packing and moving only. Unpacking would have been an additional expense on to your move and I apologize that it wasn't clearly explained to you. As far as the stickers, those are left in place in case of a damage you may discover and we can match it up on your inventory sheet. I apologize that the men did not discuss this with you. If you need anything else, please contact our office.

This move went very smoothly. The movers were pleasant & accommodating. They showed up promptly at 9am both days to load & unload. All my furniture & belongings were moved safely & without damage.
