we were very satisfied with the 5 men that moved our household, they were courteous, respectful, and were very careful with moving our belongings.

I have already worked with Beth to get some of these issues resolved. But my experience was not a good one. The men were slow, and being that they weather was extremely hot when they started, I understood; however, it did cool down. My move shouldn't not have taken from 315pm to 1120pm.

At this point I haven't found anything damaged, but I will say that my jewelry armoire was moved and placed upside down, which is going to require my time to get my jewelry back in place.

At the end, I just told the men to put the remaining items in my living room wherever they could find room because it was taking so long. I put things away on my own, and took plastic wrapping off.

I ended up also taking things in my own vehicle that were on my original list--just to speed up the process.

Two men and a truck made me feel at ease on my decision to move. Making the reservation was handled very well by your staff. Everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. Special shoutouts to movers Mike & Alex. These guys were awesome. They arrived promptly on time, introduced themselves, did a walk through figuring out the best way to load everything, answered my questions and then started the process. Special care was given to each item as if it was their own, much appreciated. Arriving at my new address presented a few problems because of the tight corners,but Mike & Alex figured it out. Can't say enough good things about the professional way Mike & Alex handled themselves and the excellent job they did. Thanks guys for getting me through this move.

We were very pleased with every aspect of our move experience. The drivers who were Connor and Anthony did and exceptional job! They called and explained why they were delayed. Which was totally understandable. Their prior job was larger than had been planned. Both men worked hard and were very friendly and personable. We offered them bottled water twice and they accepted. So glad they did. They explained everything in detail and we are so glad that we chose this company. Thank you!

very professional organization-the moving day was picture perfect and on time. our two movers were very polite and worked excellent together, it was extremely hot that day and not one complaint was heard. I have and will continue to recommend your moving company.
