3 movers were GREAT!!!!! Office a disaster!! Initial contact & emailed inventory detailed items to move/some to dispose of including weight machine, which was left for me to disassemble/remove myself from 4th floor apt. Also charged more because of disposal of items. They were aware my brother died and urgency to handle his affairs. Office polite, excuses for their screw ups instead of fixing.

Moving team was great. Office team very good too. Just one note: It would be helpful if there was some communication from Two Men about 3 days prior to the move. After we confirmed that Two Men would do our move, I did not hear from you until the morning of the move. That gave me enough time to freak out and wonder if I had actually confirmed the date with Two Men.

The only reason I’m not going to flame the living daylights out of TM&AT is that your 2 guys that showed up did their absolute best they could and for that I’m grateful.After planning on 4 men to show up, only 2 did.Move was extremely stressful and a bit complicated as the destination was a DC Townhome.TM&AT made it happen, but wasn’t what I expected; it took way too long because of the shortfall.

One surprising item. I underestimated the amount of goods. On moving day this required the company to get more men and packaging materials. You guys handled this in an outstanding manner, which I greatly appreciate. An onsite visit prior to the move would avoid this.

I had a big problem with getting a good price for movers that already had a truck and would go out of state . I'm glad I hired Two Men. They were careful with my things and the price was reasonable.
