My experience was great on 3/30/23.
The men was friendly, professional and most helpful. My move was stressful for me but the team understood and eased my mind with remaining calm and flexible with getting the job done!
I was impressed with how I was able to book on such short notice, the staff person was understanding and empathetic towards my situation, I’m grateful to all!

Starting from beginning, the communication was very transparent and I will get immediate responses from the coordinator. On the day of move, the staffs were on time. They are very friendly and professional. They also wrap and protect your furnitures. The entire process was a very good experience and stress free. Highly recommended and will use the service again next time.

The packing team was awesome. Very professional, handled all antique items very quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend the team (Antoine and another gentlemen, name I forgot) and I wanted to commend them! Appreciate the support.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Lawrence and Darryl! They were professional and took excellent care of my items. The move involved carrying heavy furniture up tight staircases and they were extremely careful. Highly recommended!

Natural stone handling:
Slab and table top materials, especially the softer stone like marble, travertine, is better stabilized if transported on the typical 2cm or 3cm edges vs flat or horizontal. This avoids pressure on the stone's natural veining, where fractures would naturally happen. Store-tansport as glass, mirror on A-frame and surcharge as needed or boxed the same. The movers we had were BY FAR the absolute best we have had. They were on time, professional, clean, and effective, as well as genuinely nice people. All 3 went above and beyond to make sure our move was seamless and that our possessions arrived safely at our new home. I could not recommend them or thank them enough!

Movers were very accommodating. They were very careful with all my items, and made sure they did not scratch the wall of floor.

This was my first time hiring movers to help me move. I had prepared weeks in advance for the move. After consolidating my belongings I had more items then quoted, which I understand and accept. I just did not realize how much of a difference. The mover asked for a phone charger, which I let him used, he never return. I found a few scratches on bedroom furniture. The move could have been better.
