Jeremy joined the TMT family in 2014 after serving 13 years with the Active Duty Air Force as a C-17 pilot. He has been deployed twice in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and has more than 250 combat flying hours. He continues to serve with the Air Force Reserves and is currently the Squadron Commander for the 712th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron in Dover, Delaware. When asked why he transitioned to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, his answer is always the same—there were a ton of parallels between what I did in the Air Force and the operation and management of a moving company, and the core values of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, as well as the corporate team, are all very easy to stand behind. Additionally, he loves being a part of a team, especially one that takes so much pride in what it is accomplishing. His favorite core value is the “Grandma Rule” because his grandparents were four of the most influential and amazing people he’s ever had the opportunity to know and he prides himself on providing every person the same care and attention that he would give them! Jeremy and his wife Kelly have four crazy kiddos and when not working or watching his kids play soccer/basketball/lacrosse/volleyball/track, he enjoys running and boating.

Tish joined the Delaware South team in February 2018 as a move consultant, since then she has taken over the Inside Sales Lead position. Her previous work with competitors provided her with the basics and love for the moving business. She enjoys working with the variety of customers and knowing that every day will hold something new. When she is not at work, she is a Mom to 6 kids, ages 5 to 23

Charlie and Lucy are our owners Labradoodles who spend a lot of time with us at the office. Charlie is the "O.D." aka "The Original Dog" who has become very popular on our social media sites. Not only does he brighten our day but that of our customers as well. Lucy is the new girl and Charlie's little sister. At 8 months old she is full of energy and a little mischief. Meet our safety and training manager, Mike! He’s been with us for over three years now, and has quickly moved his way up through the ranks here at our location. He started off as a mover and was quickly promoted into our operations department before landing in his current position. Mike brings a level of focus and consistency to the job each day that helps him excel, and he strives to give each customer a five-star experience.

When he’s not here helping us move customers forward, you can find Mike relaxing and spending time with family and friends!

Isabelle has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for just over a month and is thoroughly enjoying her time so far! Based primarily in the Dover, DE office, she serves customers across both Delaware and Maryland. Isabelle loves engaging with people over the phone, appreciating the unique nature of each conversation. Outside of work, she spends her time on hobbies like art, reading, chatting with friends, cooking, and watching movies with her siblings. Family is something she could never live without, and a fun fact about her is that she has a deep passion for painting.
