The original list was altered by the office staff leaving a lot of things in the house yet I was charged for all of them. We are very unhappy with this company. We had to spend an extra $3000 to things moved in time.

Thank you Mary for your review, it gives the company an opportunity to give our side of the move day experience. During the call to confirm the customer wanted to move forward with the pack job we quoted, we explained that this is done the day before the move and that she declined the pack from the original estimate because they had help packing and wasn’t paying for us to do it. The day of the move, our crew did the walk through and forwarded the photos to the office showing that there was a lot not packed. She became very aggressive with the crew when they asked her to lock the dogs up, so they didn’t get in the way. The crew was told to take everything they could that was ready to move and that we could fit the customer in for a later date to pack the remaining items and move. It was explained to the customer that everything was not packed up and cleaned off for the movers but instead of postponing the move we went ahead and moved all the furniture and items that were packed in taped boxes. The customer is stating we altered the sales order the day of the move which is the list of items she provided. Customer was upset with management because we asked for a Drivers License to go with the check for a picture since they wanted to pay with a personal check after their card declined 4 times. She screamed at management on the phone saying she has $185k in her bank she’s not broke. We are sorry we could not live up to this customers expectations.

Awesome! I requested the 3 movers as they moved me out of my house in March. Then this move was into my new home.

I told the team leader that I was impressed how personable the men were and that they were courteous, respectful and worked straight thru until the job was done. I would recommend your company to anyone else.

My moving team was superior in all aspects.
Polite,well spoken and flexible. We had a lot of things going on at once and the guys were all accommodating. My furniture was wrapped and protected very well. We had zero damage in either house and none on any of our furniture. They worked efficiently and kept us up to date on the plan,progress and final arrangements.

We were very pleased that the moving crew was polite, goal oriented and helped each other to pack and load. It was evident that not each member had the same level of training and yet each member helped another to get the job done correctly. The whole moving experience from start to finish was great!! Any time I called the office, I was given clear and concise answers which made me feel I was making the right choice in choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. As for the moving team, they were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very courteous, both to my husband and myself and to our belongings. My deepest thanks to our team on 7/25/25.

Norman was the lead for my move and he and his team were professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. He kept his team moving and I was loaded and unloaded much quicker than expected. He is a strong, hard working employee and deserves much praise.

There was confusion about what needed to be packed and moved at my house on the day of moving. While the moving guys didn’t know what to do or say, I called Brian and talked to him at the office. He told the guys to start the time at 9 am and then brought boxes, tape and paper over to assist in packing my kitchen. I had a broken leg so it wasn’t easy for me to do. But we got the job done!
