As you can see, my overall experience was excellent!! I was impressed by how thorough it was. From the time I spoke to the office staff until the end of the service, representatives were in touch with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. The movers were right on time and took very good care of my belongings. They were also very polite and helpful. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to my friends in the future. Thanks for everything!

The call to the office almost lost me. I had to get a call back. It seemed like it took a day but it might have been another transaction with the office. The point is...I almost found another mover. Now, the move team was excellent. Reggie and his team gave me a call the night before. They were at a high density downtown area in Baltimore on time and they were able to locate and navigate a hard to find alley for a multi-level residential building. The team came with 4 movers. They were able to protect all my furniture, pack up, and unpack in excellent fashion. I would highly recommend Reggie to lead and train other teams of movers. He did great.

The moving crew did an excellent job moving our furniture from Pasadena to Columbia. They took the time to wrap and protect our furniture and place it where we wanted it in the new location. The crew was very courteous and a great group of guys to work with.

Referred to Two Men and a Truck by my parents who utilized them earlier this year for a move to another state. My parents raved about the professionalism, attitude and work ethic which I am happy to say did not disappoint. Took great care of my furniture and doorways to make this move as seamless as possible. The movers were awesome too. Very sociable and easy to work with which calmed my nerves. Will recommend to anyone and everyone who has to move in or out of state.

The move took twice the estimate - 8 hours. We moved from two homes into one in our last move and it took six hours. Tim and his team were friendly and consistent but it took a LONG time. We had no boxes to move at all. Also, packing everything in plastic wrap is both time consuming and not environmentally responsible. Using packing tape isn't great, but at least there's less of it. I recycled it myself, but the team let me know they usually trash it in the nearest dumpster. In our new home my husband and I unwrapped ALL the furniture and folded the blankets to speed things along. We were exhausted. The office staff's competence and Melvin's check-in calls on moving day were appreciated, but I don't think I'd use 2 Men again. A 2 hour refund would help. :(

We need to commend Michael, Corey and Blake before the move to make this all happen. Commend David and Stanley on the front in loading and David and Julian on the back in unloading!! Everyone was the hardest working, most respectful and the ultimate gentlemen we have ever had the pleasure of working with! What a wonderful experience! We will never use anyone else but TMT!! The movers were efficient, polite and easy to work with.

This was the best service I have ever had with a move and I have moved many times within the US and Internationally. The staff always smiled and were great. We had problems beyond their control and they were very positive and found working solutions. I can not say enough good about the service and attitude.

Even though I repeatedly told the agents while doing the quotes (talked to 2 persons) that I wanted 2 men and a truck to pack the kitchen this is not what happened; crew arrived with 2 kitchens boxes and my husband and I ended it up doing the job ourselves, frantically packing for over 2 hrs. we had to request additional material. We got compensated 1hr time which I do not find adequate as we did all the job ourselves while it was not planned. Also it took 8h for crew to wrap and move (we had everything ready to go) which exceeded time estimated. the estimate process needs to be reworked; I was thorough in my demands, but clearly 5 to 7 hrs, as planned, is not enough. The crew was good but without our help unwrapping and helping them carry stuff would not have been done in 8h.

Chris in office was excellent in initial consultation and sale. Moving team was very impressive and professional.
