The movers called ahead of time as promised and were on time. They were dressed professionally and each one introduced himself with a handshake. They were very efficient in their moving processes. They took great care of my belongings. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again and highly recommend them.

Great experience - from the booking process to the actual move, everyone was 100% professional and gave excellent service. Will use again for next move, and recommend to friends andamp; family. Thanks for taking so much stress out of my move!

I was very pleased with the service provided regarding my packing and the actual move. The one issue I had was I became very frustrated that I could not always reach a human body when I called the office. Nearly every time I called it went into voicemail. I think it's important that when you're dealing with the human element that there be a human element available on both ends of the transaction, customer and provider. You might want to consider having someone available at a switchboard to at least address a persons availability. Customers can become very frustrated with an automated phone system and go elsewhere.
Secondly, I would like to highly recommend bonuses for Stanley and Chris for excellent customer service. They excelled beyond my wildest expectation!

I chose the company based on a referral from my sister who had used them to move from the same location with more furniture. Three men came with a large truck, they were to pack my stuff and move it to storage. I had one large piece of furniture, everything else was clothing and small items. They acted like they did not want to work, and left previously boxed items instead of loading on truck. I had to hire day laborers and move to storage myself over the Thanksgiving holiday due to the unprofessional movers I was provided. The day laborers took better care of my items. I was also over charged for hours they did not work. I do not know what they were doing but did not work 5 hours I was charged. Totally unprofessional and over priced for what you get.

Check my needs. Over two months.... so when I was ready. He got the job!! And the movers were outstanding! Not to mention your verification and follow up processes. Organization very professional, well managed and highly organized!! I Used to use another company!.....but not any more! Two Men and a Truck has truly earned my business and anyone else I interact with! Great job! Thank you all!

Since this was an interstate move from Maryland to North Carolina, we really didn't know what to expect but from the packing, loading the truck and unloading the truck at our destination we were verysatisfieid. The movers David and Chris worked well together and was courteous and truly showed cared with our property. They were prompt and worked well together to make things work in placing our property exactly where we requested. I would not hesitate to recommend and use Two Men and Truck for any future moves.

The driver/crew leader David went above and beyond to ensure the move went as discussed and went so smoothly.

I was very disappointed on how slowly my phone calls were returned. It went days without a call being returned. I was also disappointed I could never get a person when I called in. I could only leave a voicemail.
