Greatly dissapointed in the teamandacirc;??s three hour late arrival. Granted, the weather was a factor, but MY afternoon and schedule was greatly impacted, and TMAAT did not offer any consolation or suffer any loss on our agreement as I did. I must say, once the team finally DID arrive, they were great, and very professional. BUT, our agreement of time schedule was broken, and TMAAT still gets 100% compensation, while I was greatly inconvenienced by their delay. The weather affects BOTH of us, not just your customers. I beleive compensation is in order for my end of the SHARED inconvenience. Contracted arrival time was 12:30pm, actual arrival time was 3:30pm. I was first impressed by the professional image suggested by the webpage; then had a good experience with the office contact with clear and complete information about my move. Follow-up contact was prompt and thorough, including a call the day before the scheduled move. The movers were efficient, careful beyond my expectations, and friendly. I would definitely use this firm again!

David and Eli, the two movers, we very helpful and professional. They showed up on time, and quickly and securely packed up my items. I did think that the services were a bit overpriced, but David and Eli are the reasons that I would use Two Men again.

All three moving guys -- Stephan, Mark and Leon -- were terrific, but the office really left them hanging when they were low on gas, which caused a three-hour wait while someone literally drove a gas card from MD to DC. That was very frustrating. I'd use you again, but that problem's got to be fixed.

The three men that moved my furniture did a first-rate job. I will recommend Two Men and a Truck to all my friends.

The lady who took my deposit changed my quote so that on move day I would of had two trucks and five men to move my small one bedroom apartment without my knowledge. On move day the movers took an hour and a half to get from my apartment to my home which is only 20-30 minutes. They broke one of my shelves and I had to unload my uhaul myself because they were very slow. I had wrote down my credit card info to be charged for the move however your office ended up charging my debit card anyway. I spoke to the manager who gave me complensation however I would never recommend nor use your company again. I question what other shady business practices you employ or carelessness you accept from your employees. Not worth the expensive price tag

I could not be happier with how smoothly our move went. Everything came off on time and without out any problems. Avon, Leon, andamp; Gayle were amazing, very efficient, courteous, clean, helpful, and work nicely as a team. They really take their job seriously and strive for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this team to anyone.
