Two things slowed down this move 1) the crew should have been given a flat bed dolly to load items on given my apartment was a distance from the elevator - this would have cut almost 2hours from the overall final move time and 2) they should have had an electric screwdriver to dismantle and put together the two beds, this also added nearly an hour to the overall time.

Nice crew! Got my move done in less than estimated! Would recommend!

From beginning to end, this moving company was outstanding. I had to reschedule our move out one week and it could not have been easier. The men who packed and moved us were superb! They were ultra polite and careful. It was a very long day but they never lost their energy or curtesy. I would HIGHLY recommend Two Men and a TRUCK!

The girl on the phone said they wrap furniture and take care of it. Why is there a number of scratches on the dinning table and chunks taken out of the chairs. It should be a policy that the customer has to inspect the moving truck before they pull away when done, if customer has the ability. I am missing little pieces. Somewhere in the instructions for moving it said we can leave stuff in drawers. I didn't know they would turn the dressers on their side and flip. That ruined items because of flipping.

I was incredibly impressed with the experience! They were able to accommodate me despite the short notice and on a day that would usually not work- they truly saved the day! The moving team worked fast, they were professional and friendly, and they had great attitudes. Overall, I was blown away by the service, it far exceeded my expectations. I am definitely using this company again for the next move.

I cannot say enough great things about Joniqua and my moving crew: Korey, Desmond, Mark, Henry, Will and Ryan! They were all super helpful, caring, attentive, hard-working, responsive, respectful/understanding, and just all around good people. (By the end of my move they all felt like family!). From my first phone call for information and pricing to the moment the trucks were pulling away, Two Men and a Truck -- they made the whole process seem easy! I could not have imagined, dreamt, or even believed such amazing and excellent service were possible. Anyone who needs to move should make Two Men and a Truck their one and only call!!

Dorian, Kenny, and Aaron were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, careful, and worked very hard. They were exceptional to work with. They worked together well as a team. They got the job done, and were very concerned in making sure things were where I wanted them. I could not have asked for a better moving experience. These three Gentlemen need to be recognized for their work, and what an asset they are to your company.

The only thing that was miss communication was they shrink wrap our dressers so we didnandacirc;??t empty them unless they were really heavy. When they wrapped them they turned them upside down and getting back in them wasnandacirc;??t easy. The other thing was they walked in the snow and tracked snow and mulch in the house and on the carpet. The driver did a good job trying to clean it up. All in all good deal, driver kept things straight.

Lauren provided excellent customer service from the initial conversation and providing a quote until the end of the process. She also reached out to me to offer an additional service when she found out I was having surgery and I had a few bulk Trash items. My moving crew was also very professional and got moved much quicker than I thought . They demonstrated professionalism and provided outstanding customer service. I would definitely use them again for future moves.
