I was extremely pleased with the movers, who worked hard and took care with my possessions during the move. They were professional, courteous, and diligent. The office staff was very informative and the move went off without a hitch. Thank you!

I took a chance and searched for a moving company online. The search paid off! My experience with this company was so positive I would recommend to anyone who needs a moving company. The explanation of services and attachments sent clearly stated the services and the expectations. I was only charged for the time it took for the movers from door to door in which they worked in an expedient manner. GREAT COMPANY, would use again.

The office person was wonderful and explained everything in detail in a manner that was very clear. She was upbeat and helpful. The three movers were exceptional (and very strong). They worked together quietly and as an efficient team (Ryan1, Ryan2 and Shaun). Everything was moved without any incidents or scratches. Blankets were used liberally and items were tied down securely inside the truck. Thank you all!

The moving crew was excellent, especially the young man that was the driver of the truck, I can't remember his name. He was the hardest worker of the three and his customer service was exceptional. He represented the company well.

I was overall satisfied with the service the TMT provided, the team worked quickly and efficiently. My only item for feedback was the moving of our refrigerator. The team had difficultly with it in part due to the type of hand truck they were using, perhaps one specifically designed for large appliances with a strap around it. Also they didn't retract the feet on the refrigerator which had rollers which made it difficult for them to roll into place. So better training on moving large appliances such as refrigerators would be helpful.
