The entire staff we worked with from the office and on the day of the move were professional and courteous. We had no concerns about the safety of our boxes and furniture and having consistent communication from the company and reliable movers on site made our move much less stressful.

Our movers arrived promptly and got straight to work! They worked tirelessly moving all the boxes and heavy furniture. They had great attitudes and were professional and polite. My only constructive criticism is that they left some of my boxes upside down in the new house, which shifted things around. However, we didn't have any damage.

The men were very polite to me and to each other. They seemed very considerate and conscientious. They also worked quickly to get the job done in less time. They asked good questions to make sure they were moving the right furniture and object since not everything was getting moved.

The quote I received was well under what I paid. I was told the truck was going to be 60% full and they were barely able to fit everything that I needed to move, there were 2 rooms that I accounted for that we did not move. I do not understand that at all. The movers had no idea we had a second stop for a storage unit. Which tells me there was a huge disconnect between the office and the movers themselves. There was a hole put in the house we were moving from and I was told someone would contact me, haven’t heard a word. They sent 4 guys and it seemed like only 2 of the guys were able to take apart and put together the furniture. The guys worked really hard so no complaints on them. It took 10 hours I was quoted 5-1/2 to 7-1/2
