Very pleased! They were able to handle changing logistics kindly. Great attitude when client is stressed from the move.

My Service was poor the time period to way to long. They did major damage to the hardwood floor that I moved from. They also messed up my walls and hardware steps to the new location. They also lost screws to put my mirrors back on my dressers. I am very satisfied with Management not contacting in a timely manner. I feel the company is not trying to pay for my damages. I have only heard from the claims manager (Brent) once and he sent email saying that the company will only provide 50.00 dollars toward my damages. I would appriete if the head of your company contact me so my issues can be resolved.

I am not completely happy with my experience. I feel the movers took much more time than even they stated it would take. Upon arrival and during general conversation the movers stated that if they finished this job they would take another if they got back to the office before others. When they departed to go to new house they stated it shouldn't take long. However, they were there a over the max time that even the office quoted. I feel that once they realized they were not making it back for another job they took their time. I did not even have them carry up and reassemble 2 headboards/foot boards and a table which they removed legs to move because they were taking so long.

My children even commented to me that they were moving slowly.

Great experience! Front office established the appointment, followed up until the movers arrived and were quick and thorough in their explanations. The moving team was on time, sharp, fast, and careful. Best overall operation among the five or six times I have used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. I was raised in a military family and served 20 years on active duty all over the world. This operation was the best I have seen in more than 35 moves.

I had previously used this company before and I was so pleased with the service that, if I ever needed to move again Two Men and A Truck will be the first company that I will call.

This is the 2nd time I've used your services this year. Everything was great with the first move. On this move the office staff was great but the moving crew was not nearly as good. There were 2 stops and we told the crew which items need to be in front and which in back so they could unload. They put the hot tub in last causing a delay at the consignment store. The hot tub only had to go a short distance and the crew moved it unprotected and ran it into the side of the house damaging the siding

We were very pleased with the service. Very friendly employees. It was a lot of work for just two men, needed three men, they were dragging by the end of the move. I felt sorry for him. But very satisfied with their performance.

Dave, Eli (EJ), andGlenn were on time, efficient, friendly, and respectful from beginning to end. Your schedulers and office staff were great.

We appreciated the friendliness of the movers, their flexibility with the move details (was supposed to be a 7 1/2 our move, and it turned out to be 11 1/2 hours!) and their continual check in with us throughout the day to make sure that we were happy with the details.
