The THREE men who came to my home were courteous, friendly and busy every minute. They were very careful to wrap each piece of furniture and handle it as if their own. I have some VERY heavy pieces and difficult stairs. They never complained and kept moving. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you.

Excellent all around...the care given was above expectation

All men were in good spirits and made the move experience enjoyable.
I was very happy to see all furniture was wrapped in a blanket and wrapped in plastic wrap. no damage to furniture.
I had a few extra things that I did not mention to be moved, this was not problem.
men move a baby grand piano, everything was wrapped and well taken care of.

When I made arrangements I explained what I needed moved was heavy that it would take 3 people. Two people showed up, they scraped my brand new living room floor (I have a picture), gouged my brand new bull nose on the top step (I have a picture), left sweat running down the walls on my steps where the mover leaned against the wall and attempted to collect an additional fee (I had already paid in full). The condition of the item moved? I won't know until I unwrap it.

Stefon and his team (I cannot remember the names of the other two men) showed up on time, explained the process, and proceeded to move my boxes and furniture. They carefully wrapped and handled all of my furniture. I am actually amazed that all of my pieces made it with no damage since some of my furniture is old and rather cheap. At all times, the movers were courteous, professional, and effective in moving my furniture. There might have been one or two dings on my wall from where I was moving from, but that was due to configuration of a loft and spiral stair case. I was actually amazed that they were able to get my desk down those steps without having to disassemble the desk. Stefon also did an excellent job of disassembling and re-assemble of my wooden bed frame. Definitely recommend.

I was impressed with the crew. They did yeoman's work under difficult circumstances and were more than willing to do whatever was asked from them. I did not see anyone take a "break" and worked around another workman at the new address.

I could not have been more pleased with the treatment I recieved.

The removal of my items from my home was quick and acceptable. The transfer to my storage unit was not quick at all. Took a very long time to unload the truck and there was a lot of standing around looking at the boxes and on the phone. So much so that I started moving things my self. It should not have take them more time to offload at a storage facility where there was an elevator, than to move the items down three flights of stairs. Also, the loading of the boxes and furniture into the storage unit itself was not efficiently done - so much so that I had to rent another unit because all the items would not fit, because I didn't have time to wait around after 7 hours to have it done correctly.

I was in an emergency situation, and needed a moving company as a soon as possible. I was so pleased with this company, because I found the office to be very helpful and professional in handling my moving needs. The movers arrived timely, and ready to work. They were skillful in performing their duties. Their personalities were friendly and pleasant. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck highly.

I was happy that all our furniture was delivered! However, I gave wife instructions to explain to the moves to go through the back door. Instead, the went though the house and our wall were marked up. Going down the stair was especially bad. I had to repaint in the hall ways and on the stairs leading to the basement. My wife suggested they remove the couch legs. The movers did not do that either!
