My move team was awesome. They guys were efficient, careful and kind during my pack and move. They had their work cut out for them with all the stairs in my townhome. They were amazing! Great moving experience. Give them all raises!!!

I’ve had nightmare moves before so it was extremely refreshing that this experience was easy and hassle free. My movers were amazing and they were so careful with my belongings. The most difficult part of the experience is unpacking. The movers were there on time, worked hard and carefully, put together my furniture again, and were fantastic. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Overall, our experience was pretty good. My only complaint is I told the company ahead of time (twice) that we have a large flatscreen tv without the original box. The coordinator said they would bring a box to pack it in. However, the movers didn't bring a box, and just wrapped the tv in moving blankets and then told me there was a risk of it getting damaged in the truck. They did a great job strapping it in and nothing happened to it, but I think we got lucky. Wish they would have given our tv more planning instead of wrapping it and sticking it in the truck last.

Pros: Great team; solid motivation and effort; extraordinarily honest. Could improve by having line movers police all extra disassembled pieces (eg tv base and screws, removable feet from couches, vanity mirror brace and screws) into ziploc bags, with their sources written with a sharpie, and collected in a misc box. That would guarantee ease of reconfiguration at destination. Overall- great job!

Unfortunately I had two broken items. The morning of the move was successful. But the afternoon took longer than I had expected and items were not put where they belonged based on the labels in the box. This was a misunderstanding between myself and the movers on our second truck. Our first truck of 3 movers were helpful and efficient. The second truck of movers were missing for at least 2 hours and they put the majority of our belongings from their truck in our garage as opposed to the location they should have gone.

It was a hot day but they were able to pull through. Only thing is I explained to the office what I needed done and was quoted a time length and price. When it came to the move day, I was told they had to clock out after a certain amount of time and it was for less time than what I was quoted for, meaning some assembly I asked for wasn’t done. Other than that, they did a great job, especially considering the conditions on that day.

The team came on time and began working immediately. I felt they were very aware of time while packing and kept working until the job was done. They did have to get gas in the truck prior to the trip. I felt that getting gas should be done prior to arrival on the job. They covered the furniture prior to moving it but I did have occasional concerns when certain pieces were lifted. Nothing was damaged so I am pleased with that. Overall it was a good experience.

My property was damaged. It took 15 hours to complete my move and that was with my husband’s help! Things were not packed in the storage unit efficiently, necessitating the need to purchase an additional unit. I’m thouroughly disappointed. I was considering the company for my long distance move, but unfortunately the move from Bowie to Crofton was a nightmare!!

Movers were curtious and professional. They did an excellent job and would recommend . Joanne
