1) Many items were not moved because the office did not place them on the list as requested.
2) Movers took 2.4 hours to get to the destination. It is a 40 minute drive. They said the GPS misrouted. That is unacceptable.
3) Many items in the boxes marked fragile were broken. We have taken pictures of 19 items from four different boxes.
4) we feel that many of the boxes were roughly handled.

office representative did't explain the insurance policy on furniture moved. The mover gave my a different version where if a piece of furniture gets damaged, I will receive $.60 per LB; so are we replacing damaged items based on weight or market value? Anyway I was fortunate that nothing got damaged. The movers didn't reinstall the wires, hose, and duct hose for the washer & dryer when delivered, I had ti hire a technician to do it. Your overall service was acceptable but I will not recommend 2 Men @ a Truck to any one.

I have used Two Men and a Truck twice now. The original crew was Alfonso, Malik and Shaum. Very personable and I was sorry that didn't come back. Much to my surprise, Harry, Robert and Aaron were fantastic as well! Harry wanted to make sure I completely understood the paperwork, time and charges. The three worked together as a team. I own a service business as well and I would like to think that my workers are as friendly and concerned as yours are.

The movers (David, Ryan, and Bryan) arrived on time; they worked hard and worked very well together with a wonderful sense of humor. I was amazed at how well they wrapped furniture. Thanks to Two Men and a Truck, this was a very successful move.

I huddled the guys together before leaving my house and explained how they were not good; they were GREAT! Fantastic team, smooth move, no damage, and they helped relieve my stress. A few extra dings and scratches, a broken dresser, otherwise it was as expected. Nobody wants to actually move their stuff, so any way you slice it, it's going to be a less than pleasant experience. You just try to mitigate the grief. It was definitely better than having to move it all myself and the price was decent.

i Had ordered 2 crews and 2 trucks but only one crew and 2 trucks were sent. That created a much longer move increasing the cost. We had one item broken, a TV, and one bed was assembled incorrectly. The bed has been fixed and we are waiting on the TV claim.
