The team that moved our stuff (R. Hayden, G. Hull, and E. Ebron) were terrific! They were friendly, personable, hard working, and very good at what the were doing. They were the kind of people that we would be delighted to invite into my home, not just hire for a job. They were very careful in handling our things and kept us up to date on everything they were doing. When problems arose, they brought it to us immediately along with advice. We were very happy when they were assigned to the delivery as well and they were very patient with us as we tried to decide where to put everything. We would gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services. We count ourselves fortunate to have had them as our movers. Price was outstanding. Only problem, difficult to get you on the phone.

Overall the experience was great. The movers arrived within the allotted time, were very friendly, and professional. I wish I had known about a flat rate option, but the price was still comparable to other movers.

The experience was pleasant from beginning to end. Because of an unexpected move and numerous changes at the last minute this time was extremely stressful for us. Your office staff remained calm and helped us sort things out and make the needed adjustments. The movers were fantastic. They were all friendly, professional and helpful. They took great care of our items and made the move quick and painless. Much appreciated! We felt well cared for in the process. Although, through the many disclaimers related to packing, boxing and prior preparation for a move that is more in keeping with a timeframe as opposed to flat rate service there was a lot of items damaged and still left behind due to what I call lack of conviction to accomplish the job i.e. moving items that would require removing more than just one item at a time really ate into the time spent at the (From house). Then at the (To House) the same thing until Matt showed up and the process of bringing things in the house got better. They put tables and beds together however they did it WRONG! And I had to redo it all. Damages to the walls at the (From and To) houses to which I am coordinating with a contractor to make repairs. OVERALL RATING............1-10

The moving team (Kaitlin, Ryan and Brian) were enjoyable to work with. Each of them were upbeat, funny, informative, caring. It was raining the entire time of the move, but it didn't seem to affect them at all. They work together EXCELLENT as a team, recognizing each one's strongest points, and making it a successful move.
