The movers didn't take adequate care of some of the wooden furniture. Additionally, they did not take adequate care of my television resulting in bent stand part. To me it was being lazy and careless. I suspect they don't receive enough training and they don't have adequate real life field observation to correct the issues. Filed a claim and a person named Bret (I think) called saying someone would be in touch and to date (1 week later) nobody has called.

The moving team was great. They explained the procedure. They immediately got to work loading the items with great care. They took special care with the 2 heavy bookcases not to damage floor or unit in both old and new house. Friendly, hardworking and dependable. Arrived early within the arrival window.

My move of an extremely heavy upright piano was handled with utmost professionalism. The piano was completely protected and carefully guarded, completing move under very advert conditions—muddy sloped ground had to be navigated. The 4 man team under very able leadership showed tenacity, ingenuity and pride in their work. Everything was immaculate and prompt. Their courtesy was outstanding and I would not have been offended by colorful profanity— but nary a peep from these men. This piano has been moved before and I know what a horrible task it is.
Two men was recommended to me to specifically move a piano. Based on that recommendation and my recent piano move, I can unequivocally say Use these movers.

The crew was fine and very sweet and friendly. We knew one of the young men from our baseball team in the past. They did bang up the walls in a couple of places and broke some blinds. So perhaps not the most careful but fine gentlemen.

I very much enjoyed the entire pack and move process. The team I was assigned were on time and very friendly. Ali and Earl and the two younger guys with them were a great representation of the company's quality of work and reputation. I will absolutely recommend this team and this location of Two Men and a Truck to anyone I know with a move coming up.

My moving experience was incredible, Gil, Kevin, Linnear and Brian were all knowledgeable, courteous, professional, punctual, caring, fast and efficient. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my daughters and me felt comfortable and our precious belongings were well cared for during the entire move.

I had two major issues with this move. After realizing I wasn’t being billed for storage fees. I called your office and left several messages. None were returned. I was finally able to contact someone by email. The response I got was horrible - “all you need to do is call us”. I had been calling, and leaving messages. That wasn’t working. Very frustrating. When my items were delivered, approximately 1/3 of them were missing. The driver called your offices and I was told some would call by the end of the day. No communication until the next day however. My items were located and delivered two days later. I can’t say enough positive things about your delivery staff, but your office staff is lacking in basic administrative skills; like answering the phone and returning phone calls.
