On Friday 3/1, Earl and his team arrived promptly despite the inclement weather. They worked extremely hard for several hours to get us moved out of our 2nd floor condo. Earl, Brian, and Dominic were personable, polite, and efficient. They communicated their responsibilities well and worked smoothly as a team. My husband and I were very impressed with their efficiency and we will recommend them to anyone and everyone who might need movers. Thank you for making our move so swift and easy!!

My moving team was friendly and efficient. Moving out was good. The company stored my belongings over night and the same team delivered my things to my new place. Again, the team was very friendly and courteous. But there several things that were damaged. One of my tv's was broken, and they did replace that. I had a wardrobe that had a corner broken and a light panel in the elevator was broken. The movers did not tell me about either, I found out once they were gone. The next day, when placing an extension cord behind my bed, I saw that the top of my headboard had been scrapped up. I then inspected my other furniture and found two corners scrapped. One week later I am still waiting on repairs.

Special thanks to the hard working moving crew...Kendall, Eddie, and Dorian. They took great care of all my things, and especially my wood highboy dresser, triple dresser, display case, antique secretary desk, TV/ fireplace console, end tables, and recliner sofa and many other things. Their strength and agility getting these items out of my apartment and upstairs or downstairs, as needed at my townhouse, was excellent! Most appreciated!

The movers who arrived at my house were friendly and nice. When they arrived at my house they asked what was going I told them and pointed to everything that was going. Well clearly they didn’t listen because they were gonna pack up the whole room when I specifically said what was going and staying. Then when they arrived to my new home and when they unloaded the truck into the house I saw a couple big pieces that wasn’t suppose to go (which i most likely got charged for. I’m confused on why it was $750 to move 24 boxes, couch, bed, coffee table and a small round dining room table with 4 chairs. That’s VERY expensive for that little bit of stuff. I had complained when they contacted me to ask me how my experience was but nothing came of it. I don’t recommend this company at all.

The movers were amazing. I would reccoment the team that moved me to anyone. The office team had the timing poor, under estimated the move, caused stress and unnecesary issues. Again the movers were perfect and if they worked for another company that treated there employees well I would have used them again but I was unhappy with the company

The two movers were great, however, they had a couple of tough pieces to move and there’s some minor damage. My only disappointment is that the office still has not called me to arrange repairs, which were clearly identified as time sensitive in the report.
