We have a claim for damages to our dinning room table that still has not been resolved. The movers were nice and moved with speed and wrapped our furniture, but we still had damages to several other pieces of furniture. The truck apparently was loaded wrong and destroyed our dinning room table. We have not heard from the person who is supposed to repair our table. Thank you.

I was a little disappointed regarding the care taken by the moving team. We have several areas of our new home where the walls were marked up and they scratched the hardwood floor in several places of our old townhouse.

My furniture was damaged badly, walls in my new home are scratched and dented. Some workers I caught not moving and prolonging my time.

Overall the move went very well and the movers deserve an excellent rating. However, I was disappointed that the dressers and a file cabinet, which were filled, were turned upside down. And when it was pointed out to a mover that a dresser was scratched, his reply was “those scratches are old.”

The overall experience with the moving company was excellent. They guys were focus upon the task and accomplish the task in a reasonable amount of time.

I want to express my sincere thanks to Kathryn (I believe in the Crofton office) who literally saved my life. I had mixed up the moving date, which could have been a complete disaster for me. She made calls and reached out to another branch to secure a truck for me on the necessary date and divided the work into two pieces such that my move was successfully completed. I called to thank her personally, but wanted to make sure that her supervisors know how seriously she takes the concept of customer service. Great!

They busted two of my TVs and did not tell me. They left them wrapped up for me to find

Three out of four wardrobe boxes didn’t have a bar and my clothes were just thrown in the box which took quite some time. My table that I had custom made was damaged.

The movers marked up my walls and scratched a few furniture pieces

Moving is always a dread for me. My par excellent moving staff consisted of Eddie, Ron, Eric and Kevin who after courteously introducing themselves went about their job and carefully wrapped and handled my antiques and items of sentimental value with care and precision. The office staff person, Katheryn who I initially spoke to was extremely courteous, warm and professional, I was feeling very stressed when I first called. (My first choice of moving and storage did not work out at the last minute) Everything worked out great. If you are looking for a great moving company with great personnel, who are also knowledgeable, effective, and amiable, I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!
