Lost parts to elliptical!!!! Very easy already broken down by professional and they still lost a huge part I don’t know where it is and no one calls back!

Movers arrived on time and were friendly/easy to work with. The overall price ended up being more than 25% more than I had expected, so I was not happy about that. The movers used my packing tape (not sure why they didn’t bring their own) to wrap up furniture items and my scissors (which they must have taken, because I can’t find them now). After the movers left, the mirror fell off of the bedroom dresser, which they had attached it to, but must not have done properly.

The moving team was slow and lazy. 5-10 minute breaks between moving any item, big or small. Lazy in that they cut corners ie: not removing legs of dressers/tables/etc. they absolutely tore my walls up (freshly painted before moving in) with dents and scuffs. I have furniture that has scratches all over it, and legs of dressers that were cracked and had to be replaced. Extremely disappointed with the movers work ethic. They were nice guys, but extremely slow and careless. It is no exaggeration when I said all three of them took at least a 5-10 minute break between moving any item, moved a small lamp, didn’t see anybody for 15 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and will not use two men and a truck again.

My desk was damaged due to the movers improperly disassembling my desk and I was reimbursed $0.60 per pound and got $60 for a $300 desk due to not paying more for full reimbursement prior to the move. "Professional movers" yet they don't know to take off two load bearing boards.Never using this moving company again.

The office staff is good. The movers arrived promptly and wrapped and moved everything well from the house I was moving out of; however, things took a turn for the worse when they arrived at my new (construction) house. They did not cover/protect the hardwood floors; they made gauges in them as well as scrapes on the walls and door trims. The manager did come out to inspect and to take photos but I have yet to hear back from him, it’s now been 3 days. I’m very disappointed. Paul

I was very pleased with the service. The office staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The moving team was awesome. They took great care with all of our stuff and they worked quickly and efficiently. I don’t plan on moving again, but if I do I will def use them again!!! Great company!

This was the 3rd time moving with 2 men a truck. My 2 moves with the Sterling franchise was stellar. What joke this move was. No blankets wrapped around my furniture but just shrink wrap. The dropped my leather couch and it was puncture on one end an a wooden medallion broke off. So the biggest joke was I was offered $81.00 in damages even though your guys did not protect my furnishing. What a joke the Baltimore company is. How about and offer to replace my couch since your guys did not blanket one piece.

Very unhappy. How about a better restitution offer!!

I am overall pleased with the move. The movers were prompt, professional, and respectful of my belongings. The insurance is a reasonable price and costumer service is exceptional!! For future moves, I recommend the movers to have magic easers on hand to touch up the walls from their hands and sweat touching walls during the move process. And to have additional equipment to help them move boxes such as a shoulder dolly.

Well, I had to relocate for Cancer treatments. The 2 men that showed up did not bring all of my property. They forgot carpets that were clearly pointed out to them. They forgot outdoor furniture pointed out to them. I had to leave first, in order to get my dogs to the house, and get them settled. The drivers did not tell me they were stopping along the way, so my belongings were a day late. Which meant all the food that was packed up, spoiled, my dogs had no supplies, or me, for that matter. While putting one of the beds in an upstairs room, one of the movers hit a door so hard, that it punctured a hole in the plaster. I am very disappointed in this service.
