The quantity of my household goods was underestimated by the office staff based on my phone "interview" which led to more than 2 extra hours even with an additional mover added on the morning of the move! We also had to make an additional trip to my storage unit because of this underestimate. I take half the blame as I'm no professional mover, that's why I turned to one. This ran up the cost for me. The moving team made up the difference because they worked as a great team together and had good attitudes all day (9 hours!)

Factoid: I called a local store within 8 - 10 miles of my home but they gave the job to another "two men" an hour away, I was not aware this would happen.

The overall move was satisfactory until we began unpacking and inspecting our property. My brand new desk for my office is completely ruined. Screws are missing. Our 65 inch tv was sat against the vents of a working gas fireplace for hours before we noticed it.

The loading on day 1 was done by what appeared to be s friendly and efficient team. They ended up needing a 3rd truck and we were then charged additional money to load that truck.
Unload was really a disaster with complaints by the team for the amount of boxes, need to place things in the basement, etc. They allowed my daughter to help them unload the truck which was a liability issue not to mention a cost issue. They broke several items, placed a number of boxes in the basement which were kitchen items requiring us to carry approximately 15 boxes back up the stairs. They refused to even try to put the treadmill in the basement and told me a service co would call me regarding the issue. Another service co was to call me about the broken cat tree but I have not heard from them either b

After I tipped my movers they stole some valuables. When I attempted to reach the manager Caitlyn, she kept giving me the run-around and ignoring my calls. It's been a week and I still can't reach her. I intend to give reviews on Yelp, Google, and any other platform warning everyone to stay away from this franchise.

The staff was helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. The communication from the office was good. The men explained the process, they were friendly, and the men didn't waste time. They damaged a couple pieces of furniture but that's to be expected when you have tight corners and narrow doors. I am renting my home and told them to be very careful and they understood and were accommodating. I will use two men and a truck again.

The office staff was very nice in helping to set up our move. The movers arrived on time and at first were very friendly. One of them very quickly seemed to be aggravated with having to be there. They did not take very good care of our stuff. Boxes were smashed in and when sorting through my stuff the way they stacked our stuff made no sense. They put little boxes on the bottom of pile of 5 or 6 and turned furniture upside down tossing everything in drawers around. Several pieces of our furniture has scratches and dings in it. Not very impressed with those movers.

there was a dresser mirror that was broken, but it wasn't due to negligence, as it fell over inside the truck. I've been contacted by the company telling me that my mirror was getting fixed, and it would be delivered within a week, however, it's been a week, and I was hoping to have an email/phone call from you by now.

The movers were so professional, kind, patient and helpful. I would recommend your organization every time!
