We had another great move with Two Men and. Truck. This is our third move with this company. We had a very good/excellent experience each time. This last time the team worked together so well that we finished early and we saved money. They were also a lot of fun and clearly cared about us. Ten star experience!

Load up was great! Team hustled and well. Very friendly and courteous - great attitudes!. Unload was not as good. Items got piled too high, boxes fell (after finished) & found multiple items damaged. While this can happen (we got insurance), NO ONE let me know about the damaged items during unload. I am filing claim and hopefully that takes care of the damage. Final cost was more than lead mover wrote on ticket but ultimately resolved. Will recommend your company but with highlights on what to really pay attention to to ensure safe delivery of goods.

The person that did my estimate sent a truck that only got 3/4 of my household goods. I had to order a 16 foot Uhaul truck the next day and moved the rest of my good by myself. I asked the gentleman on 2 occasions if we had a big enough truck for the job and he said yes. The price was fair but I had to spend 200$ more to finish the job. The 3 gentlemen that did the move were professional and hardworking. They were pleasant and went above and beyond to help facilitate the move. I have no complaints about the movers I just wish that the estimate included enough space to move all of my things.

Not only did Two Men damage my new property but they damaged the old one. Damaged hardwood floors and walls.
I saw the old property after our move. Their movers had cardboard on the hardwood floors and plastic running up the stairs.

Overall, my experience was great! Two Men And A Truck did a fantastic job at keeping me informed of updates before and during my move. I loved the organization of the moving process. There were also no hidden fees, they were upfront about all costs. My movers came ready to work and didn't waste any time. The only downside is that the movers broke one glass item. I'm currently waiting to hear from the claims department but I'm certain they will get everything processed and replace the item. I would definitely recommend Two Men And A Truck to anyone looking to move. Thanks for making my move so seamless!

my desk was loaded on the truck on it's side so that one side was able to swing freely.
due to this, by the time they reached my new place, the one set of leg(s) came off.
now, more than one week later i still have not resolved the compensation issue.

Furniture was damaged during move. They spent hours wrapping all the pieces and yet they still set it down on the rough sidewalk in front of my house and damaged several pieces of furniture. I have notified your company but still have not hear back on any resolution process. I am very disappointed. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive either professional restoration services for my damaged property or a FULL refund.

My home is a new construction and the truck cracked my brand new driveway in two separate places.
