Had a difficult Time reaching the office by phone however when I did get in touch with them they were very courteous and thorough in their explanations of what was to be expected. when the movers showed up they were on time courteous and did my move quickly. We were moving from Maryland to New Jersey. Thanks to two men and a truck it was a stress free day

The movers were professional and efficient. There were a few small items I forgot to mention in the initial walkthrough but they took them nonetheless. Overall, the move went smoothly and easily thanks to them.

The two men assigned to my move were professional, respectful, considerate of my belongings, and super speedy!!

I was mostly very satisfied. The movers were personable and knew what they were doing. I told them what things were highly prized by me and they took that seriously. It was a very hot day and I think we all sort of ran out of steam but toward the end of the process they were not finishing up putting boxes where they were intended to go and i was left with many things outside that should have been brought in so i was/am left with a lot that I to lift myself which was what I was trying to avoid. I would still use them again, so that wasn't a huge complaint, rather an irritant. Also one or another of the movers left a few things behind and so far no one has called to find out if I have them.

While there were some minor communication issues leading up to actual move (difficulty in phone contact) my move day was a DREAM! I was thrilled with my movers Kyle and Arnold -- they were punctual, friendly, reassuring, and took great care with my furniture and possessions. When I recommend this company to friends (which I will!) I will specifically tell them to request Kyle and Arnold
