While moving the TV, the wood flooring in the living room was scratched. It isn't deep or big. We are going to use a stain pen to repair it.
The scratch is something that probably could have been avoided with a heavy-duty drop cloth to protect the floor.
Otherwise, the men focused on their work, didn't waste time, and didn't complain about the many stairs.

The movers were efficient, focused, and courteous. They did the job without complaint, and maintained a positive spirit throughout the move. We are thankful for the great customer service. Moving is always a bit stressful, and we appreciate Two Men and a Truck making it an easy experience. Thanks again!

The team was great. They arrived on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Excellent driving skills. They moved me out of my house very quickly. They were also very accommodating by making a stop at a storage unit first. They clearly explained every step of the process to me. They went out of their way to help me with the furniture set up and location in the new house. They did not leave until they were absolutely sure that I was 100% satisfied. Great experience!

The guys were great. Very fast, very friendly. They seemed like they Had positive attitude throughout the whole process which made the difficult job easy for them.

In terms of office staff, they were okay but I tried to call back with a question about the existing idea for 4 days and left multiple messages then finally got someone in the corporate office who transferred me to someone. I got a call back regarding my messages a day before the move..
Out of my three movers, two did not care at all and they were not efficient. There were times where two out of the three were MIA and I was in the back of the truck onloading stuff FOR them. I also had to tell them to pad some things which I shouldn't have to do and they just threw stuff on top of each other which in turn scratched my furniture. I felt that I did not get my moneys worth since I still did a lot of the loading and unloading myself...

Movers were excellent; however, the person that recommended this mover was able to secure a one hour move (which I also wanted); however, he scheduler was adamant that the minimum requirement was 2 hour. Since my move only took 50 minutes; I had to pay for an hour of service that I didn’t use. So, although the movers were excellent I would not recommend this company for shorter moves.

Although the young lady was helpful with moving me with her team on different occasions my partner had stepped in to speed up the process of the move and to assist with visibly heavy items. Having her was great but slowed the process down. Also, I was not informed that my furniture would be taken away for an hour while the team set for an hour lunch. I was not informed that the vehicle would detour for a full hour. They mentioned they would grab food, which sounded more like stopping at a drive thru. This all should have been mentioned during the consult. Anything could happen in a detour such as accidents or theft and people’s entire life is packed away in your possessions while the company only gives a $13,000 insurance policy which does not cover all of a persons property.

The crew took better care of our property than the other moving company which put the items into storage previously. The 2 Men and A Truck crew were efficient and polite. I wish I had used your company for a previous move, too, based on this experience.
