During the first part of the move, the team appeared to be working very slowly and we rarely saw the one member of the team. When asked if it was possible to speed up the process, the team responded that they would try, but that they were tired from the first 2 moves from earlier that day. That being said, they were pleasant to work and they finished the job strong. My first experience with Two Men and a Truck was better than this one, but I would still recommend to others due to the high level of care to most of my items.

The guys were awesome! I hope I don't need to use your services again but if I do, I will call you first.

The office staff was not knowledgeable enough by any means. The move literally took twice as long because there was not enough man power to do the job. We had tonoay for someone to evaluate our belongings which ought to have been standard. The movers were over worked due to poor planning by the office staff.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK surpassed our expectations! We have heard so many horror stories from family members and friends about sloppy work and ruined furniture, we were kind of holding our breath until we had our first encounter with your fine company. Your men were were super kind and thoughtful. From now on, we will only call on TMAAT for future moves, and we will recommend you to anyone who asks.

All around great experience from the first phone call to the last box !!!

We moved in torrents of rain. It was aweful. Movers maintained a very positive attitude all day. They took extra care to wrap all our furniture so it did'nt get wet which caused the job to drag on for more hours then expected but out belongings made it to the new house undamaged. What should have been a 40 minute trip to the new destination turned into 1.5 hours because of an accident and traffic. This was unfortunate but the attitudes were still positive. I think the rain was a player in the truck not being cubed out to its fullest because even though the movers kept telling us everything would fit, in the end it didn't. The result of this is that we had to go out at 6:30 pm in the torrents of rain, rent a u-haul, go ourselves and finish loading our belongings and move them till 11pm.

The gentlemen who moved me could not have been nicer! They worked very hard and were extremely professional!
They did a fantastic job on a tough move on a hot day.

From End to End the overall experience was exceptional.
The representatives were a great team, from Ryan, Mario and Kaitlyn. I hear that the team doesn't always work together, however I would suggest that you keep the three of them together as much as possible. They work well together and it shows in the production.

Move went ok.There was some bruising of our white walls and the railing was scuffed.I repainted area inside but not outside rail down steps. Door was banged outside-not sure who did that damage..Was told that they wrote down damage.Men were great and were hard workers.If it wasn't for damage I would have rated them Excellent

Received a courtesy call from driver to give an eta for arrival which was helpful. Movers were pleasant. Packing supplies were cheap. Movers had poor quality bubble wrap for glass and fragile items. Movers had to use their teeth to cut packing tape off the roll. Packing tape was also poor quality. Skrewdrivers packers had were too short to losses screws. What a shame because it slowed down the speed of packing.
