Move team was very nice and respectful. However they did not wrap up all furniture properly resulting in 17 damaged items. Office staff is the main reason this rating is so poor. Poorly explained estimate, long wait times to hear back from anyone when we had issues, and poor customer service when it came to adjusting the price after many different problems that arose during move day.

Most everything was done up to an excellent standard from the scheduling and estimate to the actual move itself. My one constructive criticism is that the crew did not listen to me on the receiving end of the move as to where furniture needed to be placed. I had to tell them at least 6 times in many cases. As a military spouse, I have moved all over the world in the last 22 years. I expect that movers follow exactly where I want things to be placed and that I do not have to tell them more than 3 times for clarification. In saying that, everything else seemed to work smoothly.

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck! This was my first time using movers and I'll admit I was a bit nervous about it. But the movers were really friendly and took great care of my belongings. They wrapped and padded all of my things, and made sure that nothing was damaged during the move. I could not be happier with the service that I received, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with a move!

Staff that responded to my calls (Abigail) was very inept. Didn't understand that rates were different for 2- and 3-man teams and fairly adamantly argued with me, the customer, about what I should reserve in terms of truck and moving team size. Missed my confirmation call that I sent one day prior and sent the wrong number of movers (against my wishes). Abigail was very slow and couldn't help me very well over the phone. The movers were mostly fine, but some stopped during the move to smoke cigarettes. They also damaged some of my items, like my A/C unit. At one point they dropped a box full of video game consoles and electronics and left the box on the ground, telling me that the box busted and that "they don't know what to do about it". I repackaged the box and never received an apology.

It was a very hard day for me moving out of my boyfriends house. Your men were wonderful and once they knew the situation I felt protected with them there for me.

They showed up on time , clean, knowledgeable, and ready. They were so much better than the movers I had used in the past. Made the whole experience so much better than the many movers I had used in the 30 year I used professional movers in the navy.

The move was amazing! But your follow up since has been disappointing. A mirror from my dresser was broken and no one has reached out to me to resolve the issue. Even though I called about it two days ago

Everything went well with my move, there was some damage i haven't had anyone from Two Men reach out to me about the damage, also there was some damage to my TV but i didn't catch it before they left.

My Ethan Allen kitchen table is ruined. Two book shelves are missing shelves and side of one is damaged so that I have to hide it against a wall. The wood floors of my new home were scratched when the mover dragged a metal file cabinet across the floor. The same mover (not Jay or Ryan, never got a name) was careless with most things he moved. The legs of my dining room table were put on backwards. I fixed it. The truck that came was too small for my 3,600 sq ft house so two trips became necessary and and extra $900. I wrote on my sheet at checkout that my table was ruined and asked for a phone call but didn't receive a call. I paid $91 extra for the valuation option. Will that cover damages?
