There was a bit of a disconnect between website and what was communicated to moving team. Next time I will call instead to provide inventory as the truck wasn't quite big enough .

The young men were wonderful moving me. They kept me informed throughout the move as to what was happening. They were very careful of the place I was moving from and where I was moving to. Very kind, respectful and helpful. My family was around them all day and my family felt strongly that the young men were just wonderful.

So impressed. On following up on the move they were informed on a damaged object and immediately reimbursed me and had forgot one object at the old house and went back and got it to complete the move.

The two men who came to the house worked hard and did everything they could to complete the job. Their ride to the next location took a little longer than expected. However, the management was on the issue and called me first thing Monday to discuss and sua sponte offered a 10% discount...very responsive and very good service. Thank you! I will use the service again...definitely. Thank you!

It turned out to be difficult to move, they didn’t have the right equipment or tools. I needed to give them my drill to finish. Good crew but need improvement
