Office person had the wrong moving date— almost a disaster! Sent a small truck , had to make two trips! Waste of time and MONEY!!Two expensive! One of the movers was ok, the other one was useless, very slow! It took them 8 hours to move mostly boxes and small items! Only (2) pieces of larger furniture. It cost $2,000 TWO EXPENSIVE, and took Too long! One younger kid too slow — slowed the hole process! Would not recommend,

The movers were great. They did everything we asked for and more. They went above and beyond to satisfy every request we made. The follow up by the office staff was impressive too. I will certainly recommend two men and a truck to every friend and family member.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was fantastic! The movers were efficient and friendly. Couldn't have asked for an easier and more painless move.

The initial interaction was very good. The representatives on the phone were very helpful, answered all my questions, did follow ups prior to moving to ensure everything was correct. The movers that showed up were unorganized, lacked communication, had very poor attitudes like they hated their jobs. The loading took them 2 hours, because they refused to communicate with each other, I caught 1 of them on 4 separate occasions just pacing back and forth in a empty room while the other was no where to be found, I had to ask several times where the other one was, they bickered and made comments about each other when the other wasn't around. They made excuses about why they were taking so long. It was very frustrating and extremely disappointing. I could go on and on but am out of characters...

I found the office staff highly efficient, courteous and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the excellent service recovery in handling a minor damage issue. Very patient and respectful in hearing my thoughts and resolving it in a very fair way after the move. The movers were hardworking and made every effort to make it a successful move. Your movers and the office staff represent your company in a way you can be proud of! Glitches are going to happen...it’s the way they are responded to that stays with the customer and this will stay with me for a long time as very positive! Thank you.

Oliver and Santiago did an outstanding job: they worked very fast and hard and took extra precautions to protect my belongings. They were also friendly and courteous.
