Our move from MA to VA could not have gone better. Alison in the office was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. Brandon and his team showed up on time and throughout the 2 day process they were capable, cheerful, careful, and helpful. This was a 2-stop move with a first stop at a storage unit. The team was great about arranging our boxes in the unit so that we could easily identify what was in them, and have access to them. The fact that we had a dedicated truck with only our things on it was a huge plus. It gave us peace of mind to know that we didn't have to wait for some large moving van to get filled up with other people's stuff before departing, and then not know exactly when it would arrive. We're moving to NC in a year and will definitely hire Two Men and a Truck

This was the second time I've used your company to move and I have been impress both times to the amount of detail and care that went into moving our belongings. My girlfriend was amazed at the level of care that they took with her furniture

The job was quoted as 3 people with a manager on site. Only 2 men showed up and one complained the minute he walked in the door that he didn't want to be there and how awful the company was. After 90 minutes I got a call from a manager asking if I would like to pay additional money for another man. When I told him I was told 3 people would be her 2 additional men came. One was a manger that only stayed for a short period of time. when he was there things went smoothly and the men worked. As soon as he left they slowed down and struggled to figure out how to move the furniture. They were very nice men but clearly needed to. be supervised and someone needed to support them on how to move furniture. I actually felt bad as they were doing the best they could with the skills they had

I have used the company before and I was very satisfied with the promptness and service.

The movers that were assigned to my job could not handle the stove appliance. The dishwasher was carried up within five minutes. They struggled with the stove because of the physicality causing it to run the length of time that they did. The wrong and time was also placed on the document. I talk to manager Aaron and Mike but I requested that just one hour and 15 minutes be charged they only removed the erroneous 15 minute charge that was extended on the end. I called the next day and left a message for the manager Paul to return my phone call he never did I sent an email to the company requesting 15 minutes of credit be returned to my account and no one returned my email. The additional cost for this move was out rages I will never use this company again nor recommend.

My interaction with the office to set up the work was satisfactory. The agent was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The drivers called to advise me that traffic was heavy and they might be delayed. This allowed me time to modify my plans. The drivers arrived. Introduced themselves to me and reviewed the job. They were well-informed and courteous. I will happily recommend Two Men and a Truck.

My overall experience was excellent. Alison in the office was very nice to deal with and worked with me to schedule and the move date with no problem. Movers were more that excellent and very hard workers. More than everything they were all polite and did all that we asked. Being an owner of a customer service company myself I would like to let you know your team was superb.

The team was excellent they were courteous friendly and professional. They took care of my fragile items wrapping everything carefully. They were gentle yet efficient. They treated my items as their own. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck for movers! Thank you again!!

The 3 gentlemen who moved us were all extremely professional, polite and efficient. They even worked extra hard to fit a rocking chair up our narrow staircase when I expressed extreme disappointment that it did not appear to fit. My criticism is more of the office staff who grossly underestimated the amount of time it would require to perform the move. They estimated 3.5-4 hours and it actually required 8.25 hours. I do not blame the movers as they never stopped from the moment that they arrived! Also, I had anticipated that the original estimate was incorrect and had budgeted accordingly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to others and use them again.
