from the initial phone call everyone was courteous and professional. the guys came never complained did a great job with a good attitude. it was a pleasant experience. Would refer and use them again for sure.

They sent 2 men . One was really not that motivated ,talked a lot . He stood there instead of helping he wanted to keep talking .He was more interested in talking asking questions than working .The other looked like he didnandacirc;??t want to be there .
I think it took longer than it should have .
I have used the company before andamp; had better attitude andamp; service . Disappointed this time .

Jennifer was very helpful when I called to inquire if your Two Men could move us on a Sunday and I was assured they could !
She sent me a detailed quote and was extremely helpful. I got reminder calls before the move and the team showed up and contacted us before the arrival. We were quote 5 hours to complete our move and it was completed in 4. We found the 3 men to be courteous, fast, and organized.
We would use Two Men again.

The 3 men arrived at my apartment to start the move earlier than originally stated which was great, so we could get moving right away. The 3 men were very nice and had a great attitude about getting moved to our new apartment as quickly as possible. They really did a good job get everything onto the truck. Only 1 piece of furniture came out broken which was a cheap book shelf unit and 1 end table came out with a couple scraps and scratches, otherwise they did a good job of covering and wrapping all the other pieces that we had to move. I would definitely use and recommend Two men and a Truck for any move. Thank You.

I just needed 4 pieces of furniture moved within my home and didn't want to spend a fortune. I choose 2 men and a truck because their price was great and they had only a one hour minimum. Some companies had a three hour minimum. The two men were great, pleasant, upbeat and very efficient. Not a scratch on any of our newly painted walls ! Very happy with the service, and very happy to recommend them.

Choosing two men and a truck was the best thing I did for my move. The two young guys were very friendly, courteous, and careful with my furniture and boxes. I would certainly use them for my next move and highly recommend them.

They arrived early, which is both good andamp; bad.
Good = able to get an early start andamp;, consequently, finish earlier than I had planned.
Bad = I wasn't completely ready, so I was trying to finish up some packing, while movers got started moving items.
After unpacking things at new place, I discovered a few broken dishes. Not a big loss. Dishes were that important to me andamp; packed the box, so most likely my fault.

Office staff was great rescheduling 2x. One mover asked me about the stacks of books I had wrapped in twine. I said if they are too light stack them in a box, he said he didn't have any boxes. I was crestfallen as I had hoped for help in the kitchen I hadn't packed yet. I called the movers to come back for the cellar items. They said they were too close they would unload first. They took hours to return. In Methuen they took all the bags and boxes and put them against the walls first, then the furniture was left in the middle. They ignored my color coded stickers. Bedroom stuff in the living room, dining room items upstairs, kitchen items in garage. They left a wheeled dolly in driveway and it turned out to be my old landlord's. They seemed nice until i started to unpack.
