The initial interaction was very good. The representatives on the phone were very helpful, answered all my questions, did follow ups prior to moving to ensure everything was correct. The movers that showed up were unorganized, lacked communication, had very poor attitudes like they hated their jobs. The loading took them 2 hours, because they refused to communicate with each other, I caught 1 of them on 4 separate occasions just pacing back and forth in a empty room while the other was no where to be found, I had to ask several times where the other one was, they bickered and made comments about each other when the other wasn't around. They made excuses about why they were taking so long. It was very frustrating and extremely disappointing. I could go on and on but am out of characters...

I found the office staff highly efficient, courteous and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the excellent service recovery in handling a minor damage issue. Very patient and respectful in hearing my thoughts and resolving it in a very fair way after the move. The movers were hardworking and made every effort to make it a successful move. Your movers and the office staff represent your company in a way you can be proud of! Glitches are going to happen...it’s the way they are responded to that stays with the customer and this will stay with me for a long time as very positive! Thank you.

Oliver and Santiago did an outstanding job: they worked very fast and hard and took extra precautions to protect my belongings. They were also friendly and courteous.

Overall experience was very good. Office staff was great and confirming emails helpful. Moving team was good. Could have worked a little faster, but took exceptional care in wrapping a grandfather clock so it would not get broken. They were very friendly as well.

First of all, still waiting for that 5% discount added back to my credit card. Basically, the crew was respectful of the property. There was a minor issue with a mattress but that probably could not be helped because the mattress could not be moved by stairway and had to be lifted up over balcony. I hired you to pack as well and that went slowly, probably because the 2 persons were very careful. But they sacrificed time for safety and I probably would not pick that service again as it ended up being very expensive for what I got. Overall, a good experience, though.

The two movers were wonderful! Very respectful and considerate of our belongings. Truly very nice men and very hard working! Excellent experience!
