They moved my 300lb piano down a flight of stairs. They were professional and did a great job

JC, Adrian , and Hector were awesome! They worked together as a team and each one had their own job to do. They worked very well together. JC was the guy with the paperwork making sure everything was in order from the minute they arrived he was putting together the strategy for the move. Very driven! Adrian grabbed hold of the hand truck and just started moving. They were moving things from my third floor walk up, no elevator down. He worked like a bull! Hector came along an hour later and was the “wrapper”. Dang! He wrapped all my furniture Like lightening! He was a charmer and assured me that all would go splendidly. I was very happy with all three of them. Jennifer in the office was very helpful and pleasant. Please note that this was the Wilmington MA location.

The time estimation was accurate and a very well thought-out was managed by the two men doing my internal move. They were quiet, polite, quick and customer focused.

The truck arrived on time after a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way. All the guys had a great attitude, fun to be around, incredibly helpful- even helped wrangle up my cat! I was very impressed and very happy with the service. Great team work getting in my king sized mattress!!

I have moved with this company multiple times both at my home and my office. Due to the fact that I felt I was being taken advantage of this last move and I move that should have only taken an hour and a half took the maximum amount of time and I was charged hundreds of dollars more than I expected I will never ever use your company again. The last straw was when I was called to ask how the move went and I told him I thought that was taken advantage of and that the move took much longer than it was supposed to considering they moved my entire house from a town to another town and less time than it took them to move Only Furniture from one apartment to another apartment in the same complex. The woman on the phone did not care at all about my complaint she did not offer any concessions.

Service was great. The movers were friendly, courteous, and exceptionally careful with my property. The entire experience was excellent.

The move crew was amazing. Didn’t blink an eye at a three story and worked their butts off to finish on time.

The office staff was very prompt in suppling a quote and setting up a move date on short notice. Jim and Fernandez were prompt and proceeded to work quickly while taking care of my furniture. They were also polite and accommodating to make sure everything was in the right spot. Overall a great experience.
