Well the experience was only ok, I was given a window of 1-3 and they came at 3:15. I do not remember being told there was an extra charge for driving to my house and driving at our last stop back to your shop only an hourly rate and I know others charge less than what I was charged hourly. It was ok, just ok.

They were perfect, I know it sounds nuts, but honestly it was the smoothest move of one room furniture

Very disappointed that I was over charged. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company.
The move took longer and the movers told me they didn't expect stairs in the home. They didn't expect to take the beds, dining room table and desk apart. I did communicate this. I was told I had more items than listed. They took things and placed them into the trunk that I didn't request, these were rugs. I asked if we could add the snow blower which they said yes too.
I helped unload the truck and assemble the beds. One guy hung out in the truck and left Oliver alone to assemble the beds, so I helped. My dining room table, they left the screws at the other home. They left and pat had to return to my house to assemble the table and treadmill. Its ridiculous that I was taken advantage of.

The office staff was very informative and the movers were great.

My movers were great. I was not explained pricing very clearly in the first place. I thought the original quote was for both ways not just one way.Then I got three guys and two trucks and it cost twice what I thought. The guys worked very hard and did an excellent job. I just wish it was explained better.
