My experience with Two Men and a Truck was wonderful. The office staff was so helpful in setting up the move, and in calling afterword to be sure it went smoothly. Also, Chris and Shawn did an amazing job safely loading all my things into the truck, across state lines, and up 3 flights of stairs in the extreme heat. They were very friendly and worked exceptionally hard to move everything into my apartment in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Your team of three guys showed up on time and ready to work. Very professional. Justin, Ed and Ben worked very hard to ensure everything was packed correctly and went above and beyond to be helpful at unload. I couldn't of asked for a better team. Keep up the great work and I look forward to using Two Men and A Truck in the future.

The moving team worked hard in very hot humid weather. They were great! We were very happy with them. They were friendly and professional

From the first phone call right thru moving day, my experience was amazing. Everyone we encountered was professional, courteous and helpful.

I thought our movers (Thomas, Zeke and Matt) were fantastic and the follow up from Lisa was excellent as well. We will definitely recommend your services to others.

Pros: They were available with a short lead time, the scheduling and confirmation processes were clear and complete, the "two men" that worked our job were pleasant and polite, the office handled our complications responsively and respectfully

Cons: The "two men" were a little green. They worked hard, and made rookie mistakes that got a couple of pieces damaged and they weren't really very good at the "tetris" of loading. But this is a basic and flexible moving service and I was glad for the help at the last minute. Also, the truck was a rental -- not their normal bigger truck and it wasn't what we needed for the size of the move. It took some negotiating and problem solving, but the office and the guys worked and we came to a fair solution.

Entire move process was excellent. Office staff was easy to work with and helped me understand all of the costs very clearly. The two movers who worked with us that day were excellent even moving heavy furniture down 4 flights of stairs. Will definitely continue to use 2 Men and a Truck with any moving needs in the future and refer to others!

Based on my previous expirience with the company, I have chosen to use its services again. This was a mistake.
Movers came without tools needed for dissembling/ assembling furniture.
My piano was demande due to poor thinking of movers. When I opened boxes later, I found some pictures destroyed, glass broken, books crumbled.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the movers this time.
The company has to teach their movers to be more considerate about clients belongings and use their brains while doing their job.
