The movers and office staff overall were amazing. The movers were efficient and made sure to take care in their work while still getting in done in an incredibly timely manner. I will always call Two Men and a Truck when I need to move.

Overall the guys did good. But the hourly price also counts the time to drive to the final location. This made the move a bit pricey especially with traffic. My suggestion is that this portion should be calculated differently.

You got off to a bad start when the truck did not arrive during the noon-2pm expected time. Nor was I called. I called the office at 2pm and was told I'd get information in a call back. At 2:30, having heard nothing, I called and was told they would be there in an hour--much too late to get started. We set a time for 9 am to 10 am two days later. From that point, all went very well. We received a call at 8:30 that the truck would arrive at 9:00. It arrived on time and the crew was excellent: very professional and efficient, carefully loading and then uploading at the destination, hauling down, then up two flights of narrow stairs. So the move itself exceeded expectations.

I had difficult move from a second floor apartment to a third floor walk up and my movers were incredible! As I told them, after what I witnessed I would never again claim that I had a hard day at work. They were amazing, skilled, dedicated, courteous, and professional through and through.

My only issue was being initially told I would need to arrange for parking spaces at the destination or pay Two Men $175 to do that. When I called back, I was told I did not have to arrange or pay for parking at the destination. The rest of my experience met my high level of expectation!
