I called a number of moving companies. By the time the other companies called me back, Two Men and a Truck had already done the move for me. The price was right, the gentlemen who came to move me were wonderful. All in all, a great experience.

I had a horrible experience, involving extending my move to two days from one due to an extremely slow move out, inability of the movers to disassemble or reassemble my furniture (and nearly losing the screws along the way), losing a piece of my furniture, nearly not being able to move in completely due to a slow move in, and at this point I am being charged nearly twice the top estimate of the quote without getting a quote revision during the initial walk through.

I was also told by Lisa that I would not be charged until I had a conversation with her to determine the final price, which has not occurred yet, but the initial price has already been charged.

I have never experienced such awful, untrustworthy service.

Ryan and Bama were great to work with. Just wanted to share an extra compliment to them both for making our moving day an easy experience. Thanks!

The movers were polite, communicated about arrival time, and were fast. They explained everything and asked if I was satisfied with their job.

I had a great experience overall from the first phone call everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. There was good followup!
The two young men who came to my house were outstanding. They were polite, efficient, and really fun to work with. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

I was disappointed beds were dirty and damaged. Wall in living room was gouged.One worker huffed and puffed and when I asked where remote to my Tempupedic bed was he did not know. Casters for my bed were on the floor--three--one missing. Truck damaged the tress outside the building as he parked NOT where I told home too. My plant were knocked over in living room and bedroom and just oeft. Worker told me that he would go in to clens up--he did this in 5 ins. I was not happy.

The main mover was excellent. The liaison office person was excellent. Should have been told about insurance extra charge earlier...alittle pricey in the end...overall very good. Took excellent care of my furniture...

We had a great experience. The guys were excellent overall. One piece of furniture was damaged slightly, but it was an extremely hard piece of furniture to move and it had to go down 2 flights of steep stairs, so we understood. Everything else arrived unscathed. They were very positive about the move overall.

I previously worked for a Chamber of Commerce in CT where Two Men and a Truck were our partners. I was thrilled to see there was a franchise in Boston when I decided to move apartments. My movers were hard working and had great attitudes. They went above and beyond. I would use again and recommend!

We had 10 different people recommend the company and had a lovely phone/email experience setting up the move. The actual movers weren’t in appropriate physical condition to be movers and struggled the entire time. They took 3x as long as quoted and broke 3 pieces of furniture. I’m really upset as they didn’t seem to care.
