When booking my move date I requested a particular mover only to find out the day of the move that the driver no longer worked for the company. The requested mover was confirmed to be booked twice. I was not happy to find out the morning of the move that someone else had been assigned.

I am satisfied with my move. However, one of the movers removed the remote from the back of my TV and said “ I’ll put this in my pocket so it won’t damage the TV. He never took the remote out at delivery and I’ve spent over 4 days calling to retrieve it so that I can set up my TV with no luck. Disappointed that they have not solved this issue.
