My experience was 1st class from the care of my furniture to the kindness of the men who helped me move. Mine was a two stop move down three flights of stairs then up two more flights of stairs with temps over 90 degrees. These guys did not complain once. They were terrific!

Was very happy with Josh & Rydell as they took special care to disassemble, move and reassemble furniture. While they took their time, it was well worth using this company.

All was good,,, one minor issue. Movers let one of the filing cabinets hit the floor chipping part of the hardwood.

This was the most non stressful move I’ve ever had!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. The office staff was very helpful in planning, David and Tevin were totally professional in every way during the move. The service was amazing and the movers, Cicero, Kendall and Anthony, were so kind, professional, and efficient. All of my stuff was handled with care, they were prompt, and made my move as easy and painless as possible. The office staff was also very helpful and got me set up right away.

More than 15 pieces of furniture wrecked: including a dining room set which I've maintained in near perfect condition for 24 years -- the table scratched in multiple places, the china cabinet scratched, one arm chair with the arm completely dislocated, and a regular chair with the frame split/cracked. I have an antique Singer Sewing machine made in 1893 with a plank of wood from the frame broken off; my son's bed with multiple scratches on his headboard and foot board; my own bedroom set with legs nearly completely broken off my dresser and the wardrobe as the pieces were improperly lowered from the dolly ; a library display case where the metal closure hardware was completely broken off; etc. Then there was the dents in my sheet rock in both my old house and the new place-- UNACCEPTABLE.

From with my initial contact person, the pleasant & knowledgable Ms Tasha, to the prompt arrival, and wrapping of our furniture, to the quick, but careful moving, (finished the move in 2 hours!), and the great demeanor of Mr Brandon & Mr Parnell, this Two Men experience was perfect...highly recommended!

I have used 2 men & a truck 2 times before with excellent service. This time I was very disappointed. Carlos the driver was ok, but DeJean did such a terrible job, it out weighed the good work of Carlos. Dejean talked on the phone the ENTIRE move, he wore an earpiece. He dropped boxes, banged items into door jams, carried 1 item at a time, put boxes labeled HEAVY on top of other boxes crushing the one below. None of my furniture was wrapped with blankets as your other movers had done. I had told them that the feet of the couch need to be removed to get it out the door, they attempt it with the feet knocking over boxes in the process. I had to stop them and remove the feet myself since they didn't have a screw driver. They were slow & careless, taking more time than my other moves.

Overall I would recommend this moving company. The only issue that I had was there were two movers with very different opinions on how to move things into the home. I believe that it would have been a better move if there was less arguing between the movers while my dresser was balanced precariously on the stairs. Otherwise, I would recommend Josh as a mover since he seemed to have a good idea on how to move.
