My 2nd crew was not as good, but I really do not think they were to blame. The office staff was AWFUL that day. I got 2, inappropriate calls that delayed our progress while I was paying $150/hr. The 1st was a long call about whether one of the guys could help me pack some books. The second was a call accusing me of trying to finish my move that day. YES, I hoped to get as much done as possible. We got it done within the estimated time range. The call was so insulting. I think the crew would have been if the office hadn't undermined our progress. In no way did I ask them to do something that wasn't something I had understood they can do when I set it up with Debbie. I had even clarified what I wanted them to do in advance. Terribly rude and unnecessarily stressful from the office that day.

The two gentleman who helped me move my mom went above and beyond! They were courteous and friendly, explained how cost was calculated, and made the additional stop quick and easy. They even let us borrow their tools to make disassembling and reassembling the bed easier. Excellent experience! Made moving that much less scary.

All I Can Say is That it Was All That I Expected And Some. I Explained To The Lady Who Took My Order That I Was Caught Between A Graduation And Moving My Bedroom To Storage, Not To Mention That, I Had To Fly Back Out To Work That Day. The Guys Finished The Other Project And Immediately Called Me. It Truly Was A Blessing And I Will Be Using ( This Service) And Hopefully The Same Guys When I Move To Atlanta In Early 2019

Initially my experience began with Debbie she assured me that everything would be fine and she was right!!!! On the day of my move my first encounter started with Kendall he and I got off to a rocky start not because of him but because I have a type A personality. Kendall and Mr. Patterson came in to my home and reassured me that they would handle everything and they did. They made me laugh and the move went so smoothly I didn't realize how much time passed. Although the task was tedious and time consuming Mr Patterson and Kendall made my day. They were both considerate of my time and considerate of my personal belongings. In the future if I have to move anything I will contact Two Men and a Truck ask for Debbie and look for Kendall and Mr. Patterson to be my movers.

First I would like to say josh and terry my first 2 movers were amazing. They packed almost the entire house by themselves. I’ll explain more in a minute. Debbie in the office was also amazing. However I was scheduled for 2 trucks and 4 men to help make the move go faster. The first truck shows up on time at 9am the second truck did not arrive until 11:30am. This obviously added time and stress to my move. Apparently they had not completed a job from the night before which delayed my move. I found this to be highly unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Jolene worked with me to recover and I am satisfied with that. However I will not forget this experience. The only reason I will reccomend you is because it’s affordable and the movers that came on the first truck Otherwise I would not

I have used 2 Men and A Truck out of Baton Rouge several times and was extremely pleased with the service. This was the 1st time I used them from the New Orleans location and I was a little weary because of the reviews that I had read, however the movers were fabulous! They showed up on time, got everything wrapped up loaded on the truck in around 45 mins. I was very impressed with them, we had multiple stops and they never skipped a beat. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends!

I had a situation where I had to move out of an apartment unexpectedly in a short period of time. I'm a single female ,60 years old and didn't have family or friends available to help with my move. At the same time I had to search for a new apartment and was finding very few apartments were available in the time frame that I needed and the right price range. I was pretty stressed over the situation and had never executed a move by myself before. Contacting Two Men and A Truck was the best decision I made to help me accomplish my move. I found the office staff friendly & helpful. They explained everything very well. They estimated my moving costs accurately and were great at delivering on their commitment. The movers were prompt and efficient and I was able keep my moving costs down.

Brandon and Pernell did an excellent job. They got me moved quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck as I have before!

The service was excellent in every way. My one recommendation: Check to see how many service elevators are available. With two teams sent to the same location at the same time, and one available service elevator, there was a one hour delay for my move, and a 2 1/2 hr delay for my daughters' move....just an observation. My movers Howard, Walter and Jawanza were fantastic and created innovative ways to keep moving forward. Thanks again!

My dad passed away a year and a half ago this move was very emotional for us the guys were very compassionate and understanding and made this move easy for me Brandon even gave me a hug when he saw me crying.
