Peet and Raphael were on time, cheerful and very professional. They took great care in loading and unloading our household goods and made sure items were placed where I needed them. Great job on moving despite 20 degree weather, movers were excellent and thoughtful on how they moved some of our older pieces, we really appreciate the care they took.

My husband and I were neither one advised that the freezer would not be plugged in and we lost our food inside. Our neighbor notified us late the next day after the food was defrosted that there was water leaking from our freezer. If we had known we would have taken care of it and plugged it in ourselves.

During the process of moving the owners of the house we were vacating had painters converge in on us causing extra confusion above that of normal packing and loading. The moving team didn't complain but kept a professional attitude. As a result, there was some damage to a couple of pieces of our belongings. The team leader was very responsive, and the company quickly resolved the problems to our satisfaction.
