The first evening there was one of the four movers that was on his phone a lot. Dakota, was informed and took care of it. The mover guys worked very hard and were very courteous and respectful. I have placed a call to the office about something I haven’t located and I have not heard back from the office.

Chose the Guilbeau Rd site for its location. Also helpful was the ability to complete the registration at a location in Houston before I moved to Lafayette.

The movers showed up and were unaware that they would be packing our home. We used the movong company specifically for this reason. The movers then recommended that my wife and I start packing right away. After some time where we may have simply moved ourselves I called the company to ask why I was paying to be packed and unpacked if I was going to have to do the work. The office staff was great and called out a third person to assist with packing. That was wonderful (even though I paid for it.) The movers then told us they would be unable to move all of our stuff. The move is 3 hours away. Once at the new house they did not unpack the majority of boxes. Much of my furniture had taken damage in the move and my clothes were simply thrown in a box. I had to remove and refold every item I own

The movers for my move were wonderful! Loved them! They should get raise!

Brennan and John worked very hard and also dodging the rain at times. Excellent workers.

Both the office and on-site move teams were very professional, courteous, prompt, and most importantly ... handled our personal belongings with great care.

The two men who helped pack fine breakables and furniture were polite, careful and very competent. We were very pleased with their services, and so far we have not opened any boxes where contents were damaged. These men should be commended (I think their names were Brian and Bobby).

This was the fastest and easiest move I've ever experienced! The movers were always on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and kept me informed on what to expect next. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Everything was pretty much excellent. From beginning to end the service was great and I had no worries. The movers arrived on time and the estimated time frame was quite accurate. The movers were easy to communicate with and caught on to our preferences based on our packing system.
