Our move team (4 men) was excellent and worked well together! They were professional, polite and patient when we changed our mind as to the placement of furniture! They worked hard and were careful with walls and furniture as if it were their own office. We were extremely pleased.

Our experience with the movers was excellent, they were so professional and polite. I feel they went above and beyond their jobs!!!!

They put in good effort, but broke my bed and refrigerator. Lost parts to both. My ice maker still does not function on door. Was able to repair bed, screw was broke and legs not adjusted. It was like they did it without much care of it was done right. Just wanted to get it in place. Hopefully I won't have to move again, but will not use Two Men and a Truck.

fridge handles were put on backwards and lost a screw....my desk's feet were broke off, so now a new desk I have to buy..selling my house where they moved us from and went back to old house and noticed a 12 inch scratch on the master bedroom floor. Hoping the buyers won't complain.

The entire experience was excellent. Brent came in to give a quote - he was very professional and explained the process. Jones and his crew came one day to pack everything up - they were VERY careful. The next day Jones and Jordan came with a crew to move - they did a great job. Only one thing was a little damaged but it's made of pressboard so that was not surprising. It took 12 hours to get everything out of the old house and into the new house. The crew was careful from beginning to end. A small number of items were left at the old house - did not make it on the truck. With so much to move I was MOST pleased about the experience. Two Men and A Truck Lafayette is outstanding! Thank you for making such a difficult process much easier to handle.

Movers had a difficult time re-assembling our cubicles - took more than double the estimated time. They appeared to be tired at the end of the day, and several simply stopped working. Cubicle assembly was sloppy and incomplete. Manager came the next day and corrected all of the problems, so because of this, I will still recommend 2 Men. There was also one piece of office furniture broken, but manager went above and beyond to make it right.

Very slow. Poor packing. Items broken. Did not bring packing material I requested prior to move. Would not recommend to others.

Overall, I was mostly happy with the price and service of Two Men and a Truck. Unfortunately, the men damaged a few items, two antiques were broken and my washer was dented. I think that if I hadn’t had antiques that the overall experience would’ve been better... and, that said, I was very glad that I moved all my crystal and dishwater myself. Other than the damage, the movers were very nice and accommodating. A bit overzealous, even, in their desire to move everything.

The movers were very polite and worked hard. The movers were excellent. Office staff was nice and polite. The only thing that was not good the rental truck they used had a leak, so of course it rained the day I moved and so my ottoman and my entertainment center got wet...so I was a little upset about it. I did call the office the next day about it, but I am not sure anything was done. I really can’t say enough about the moving crew....they were awesome!!!
