I was a little concerned about moving several pieces of furniture that were somewhat delicate. To my amazement they arrived in the condition they were picked up....not even a scratch. The three-man team worked as one. They were polite, well-mannered, and so gracious to my changes of furniture placement. Their efficiency resulted in a savings compared to the estimated cost. My entire experience with this company from beginning to end was pleasant and flawless! Great job! Thank you!

The men were so pleasant and truly cared about taking care of our belongings to prevent any damage to them. Chris, Brandon, & Hamilton were excellent.

The movers were excellent! They worked as a team and got the job done without wasting any time!

The three young men that helped us move were very polite from the moment they walked in. They introduced themselves, shook our hands and got right to work. They were careful with our stuff but worked very quickly. We are always impressed with the professionalism of your staff.

Michael and Kevin are KEEPERS! they served well, brought a great attitude and worked worked worked! I was very happy with their efforts.
As for the uniform, consider offering some support to the guys who work the trucks for the appearance and professional look to go along with your excellent service. I would suggest offering T-Shirts, Hats Caps and in season sweatshirts to both add to a continuity look and offer a discount to employees who are proud of their position with your company. Kahiki pants and white (polo) shirts with a collar have worked for me.

As long term professional with Raytheon as a field engineering manager, I have seen the advantages of offering identity items for the team.

The only problem, and it was a minor one, was that I gave the office staff my husband's phone number to contact the day the crew was to arrive as I had to be at work. I even reminded the office staff of this again when they called 48 hrs prior to our scheduled appointment. On the day of the move, the crew had gotten off early from their previous appointment and began trying to reach me to see if they could come early. As I was at work and away from my phone, I was not able to answer. A minor thing but just wanted to tell you. Overall we were very happy!

The 2 young men were professional and courteous. I have used this company before and was equally impressed last time also. I have nothing but good things to say about your company and the movers who helped me. Thank you for such wonderful service !

Extremely pleased with both men! They efficiently accomplished everything in the estimated time, even though Bryan sustained an injury to his foot. Many compliments, and especially for persistence even after Bryan’s injury. I would have understood if they didn’t, but they got the job done in the allotted time frame, which is remarkable! Also left a similar review on FaceBook!

The service was what I expected. The reason I rated the overall experience acceptable was I had some broken/damaged pieces that weren’t brought to my attention prior to leaving and secondly, I was quoted for my job 6 hours and it took the team over 8 to complete the work.
