Everything was amazing from start to finish. The website was easy to use. The customer service was very kind and thoughtful. They called multiple times throughout the process to check on us. Dakota was amazing on that end. The men who actually showed up to help move were so accommodating and helpful. Terrell, the leader, was especially wise and kind and helpful. The price was super low! Amazing!

I was very disappointed with the moving team. I had my apartment all packed up and boxes stacked in one room. I had all furniture wrapped up and ready to go. It took them over 4 hours to load up my apartment. I began making a pile of things next to the truck as they both stood inside of it for at least half the time they were there.
