During the moving of a 500lb safe, the employee slipped and dolly and safe landed on him pinning him to ramp. Had to assist others to free him from safe.

Your team should review the process used to load safes. It is inherently unsafe and will lead to a serious injury at some point.

Your employees should use "Whats the worst that can happen?" discussion prior to the moving of such items.

Great experience! The office staff was helpful and accommodating when our plans changed last minute. Our movers were excellent! They took great care with our furniture and got everything set up exactly how we asked. Very friendly and super efficient! It was a very smooth process start to finish, taking a lot of stress out of our move during this crazy time!

The team arrived early and ready to work. They were well mannered, strong, fast and understanding of my needs. I haven’t moved in 37 years and they were amazing. They were very careful moving furniture.

It was a great experience all around, the moving team was very helpful and professional. I couldn’t have moved in without them, thanks again for the help!

Our three-man team (Ray, Q, and Shadrach) did a marvelous job for us. They were upbeat, respectful, and we all did a lot of laughing. They went above and beyond what was required, and we appreciate them! Highly recommend.
