Everything was fine. However, when I was trying to get some kind of reimbursement for a speakerbar that was damaged during the move (HarmonKardon SB26), the attitude of the company was very stiff. I thought 2Men&aTruck had the GRANDMA rule but I was getting resistance for the damaged item. The mover moved the item to my car and I transported the item in my own vehicle. However the mover himself moved the item to my car. And when I first called, the tone that I received was very resistant to helping me out. Clearly the damage is from the mover (not that he was a bad guy, but the damage was from his action) not from me, so why am I getting a tough time?

Thankfully the second call went much better. But please be more considerate at first for your customer.

Everyone I dealt with at Two Men and a Truck was courteous and helpful. I coordinated this move for my elderly parents and had to make changes to our order several times. The staff was understanding and helpful. The movers were very polite and careful.

Michael was very courteous, introduced himself and offered to move items around that were not on the original request.

Michael C & Broderick L are by far the hardest working movers I have ever seen! I have moved many times in other states & they are the best. They were polite, respectful, and had a great sense of humor. They took the stress right out of moving day & got the job done. I highly recommend this team. If I ever move again, I will ask for them by name and I will also use 2 Men & A Truck again.

2gus and a truck were excellent but maybe you should and 2 more men they worked so hard

Everything went smoothly, the movers were professional and efficient. They got the job done, no snags, other than what to do with unmarked boxes!

5 Stars as all have said including friends recommending this company. Huge thank you to team Brandon/Hollis who worked like 10 men. These guys know how to pack a truck. I was amazed at the efficiency and tireless fast work while being careful of every piece without ever taking a break. They were great at setting things up just like I wanted, more helpful than I can express. This is the co. to use, experienced professional movers with great attitude, knowledge and work ethic for a great price. I have 2 more moves from other locations and will definitely use them and requesting team Brandon. Best service without a single problem especially for a 60 yr old woman and older father. My father never tips but he tipped these guys, they worked hard until everything was done and did a great job.

Excellent service, professional, and efficient. Administration was pleasant and easy to communicate with and absolutely NO HIDDEN CHARGES. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

can not say enough about how hard and fast the young men work. as a Quality control manager I am around a lot of workers and these men are some of the best I have seen in a long time, I must say your company is blessed to have these men working for you.

Henry the mover was great . I could not have had a better guy move me . He took care of my items as though it were his own .
Prompt ,cortous and helpful . I could not be more happy . Nothing broken or damaged .
I will use two men n a truck again soon
