The movers were on time, polite and efficient. The move went smooth, no issues. They finished ahead of schedule and charged us less than the original quote. Highly recommend. Office staff was in constant contact with us, ensuring the movers were doing their job.

From first call to finish of job all your employees exceeded my expectations. I had numerous changes to original date and never had a problem. Two guys were EXCEPTIONAL, EFFICIENT & COURTEOUS.

The only reason I used 2 men again was the first time the workers were very quick, knew what they were doing, and didn't scratch/brake anything. This crew were very very slow. 1 really didn't know what to do and was always waiting for instructions from the other. On top of braking a part of a mirror they put a hole in the wall. The second part (getting someone out to look at damage) was poor customer service. After calling and speaking with someone in that department he stated he would be out by the end of the week to pick up mirror and look at wall damage. Didn't show up or call. I had to call back the following week. He finally came out almost a week and a half later. STILL NOT REPAIRED. VERY DISAPPOINTED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD LIKE A MANAGER TO CALL ME AND FIX THE DAMAGE.

I have damaged to the wood flooring in the home that I moved from and also in the home that I moved to. This damage resulted from the two men movers sliding and dropping my furniture. This has not been resolved yet.

Overall. I was well pleased with the moving experience. All personnel involved were pleasant, curious, and professional.
I would, however, suggest investing in a dolly specifically designed to move safes, which would allow for a more precise placement and overall increased safety to the workers and property.
Of all the items moved, only a locking ring for a pole lamp globe was missing....considering all, not a significant complaint.
That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to use Two Men And a Truck again.

- arrived had no shrink wrap nor appliance dolly. Had to wait for someone to bring it.
- Could get French door refrigerator out. Wasted time. We had to call our son to come take the top doors off and get it outside.
- At new house, could not get it IN the door. One guy (Michael) took bottom door off, put screws in his pocket, got it inside and left it sitting in the middle of the floor without putting it back together. After 3 calls and 2 emails, and 24 hours they went to Michaels house, got screws, came and put bottom door back on.
- Dents and scratches in two pieces of furniture, top of dining chair, and wood floors
- Scratches on stainless refrigerator door
- Weather stripping torn on front door
- Had no drinking water with them - hot!

I intend this response to cover 3 separate recent hires, including one move from Baton Rouge to Paulina, La & 2 trips within BR. To a man, every mover was professional & personable, really nice, caring people.

There was a glass broken on a china cabinet due to a broken strap, which did not seem the fault of the crew. The only complaint from 3 hires of 8 crew & 4 trucks is the turn around time on that repair, as it's been a month since the incident & we still have not had that piece repaired & delivered. That's bordering on unacceptable, although it's more important the item be properly, than quickly, restored.

Overall, we'd not hesitate to recommend Two Men & a Truck!

They were very slow and didn’t seem to be trained to move heavy pieces of furniture. Then they move things into my house with my beautiful wood floors and scratch them all up. I told them they need to use four ways to move this furniture. Instead they used the tiny wheels that were on bar. Then they slide my couch and buffet on hardwood floors after I told them I had never even let someone walk on my floor with shoes. You have to lift furniture not slide it. There was nothing protecting wood and they slide furniture across room.

I have used Two Men and a Truck before and they were beyond amazing! The best moving company ever. I decided to use them again for my recent move and the team was not motivated. They had no drive, and I often found them just standing and looking at the truck, even on their phone. My parents, sister, and myself had to end up helping because they were moving so slow (this is an hourly service). Then they were unable to move a piece of furniture upstairs for me and just said “there’s nothing we can do”. I also noticed (and made the crew aware) that during the move, they ripped my king mattress. Still waiting for the office staff to get back with me concerning that issue. The office staff is organized & very professional! My prev experience was amazing, sad I didn’t have a good one this time.

Even though several of my ratings were "Good," overall my experience was excellent. The three men were excellent: courteous, professional, efficient. They wasted no time, which I appreciated because cost was a factor. One small item: the door frame in the new rental house was slightly (but noticeably) damaged. No one reported this to me; I noticed it after the three had left. Otherwise, they were excellent; and I am pleased with what they did.
