After the move was completed and the guys left - later that evening we went up into attic and realized the items from the attic were not loaded. I asked the guys to go get the attic items FIRST so I nor they would forget - but the lead guy said We will get that later - we are going to work on what we see visually now first. Needless to say - I had to move these myself and leave them in BR :(

I’m still waiting on a call from someone to discuss my bad experience. I was told I wouldn’t be charged until then but there is a $500+ charge on my card as of yesterday.

The men worked hard and steady to make sure both my property and the walls at my house were handled carefully and safely in a two-story house with very heavy furniture pieces. Price was fair and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

Got encouraged to throw things away as opposed to moving them. Was told I would hear from the manager of my team about getting fresh guys to move a heavy piece & never did after several hours, leaving me high-and-dry on a Sunday when my move was supposed to be completed BY said Sunday.
