Tuesday: too many items damaged, dropped, etc. Excessive anount of time spent on phone. NOT productive and I overpaid for what was delivered to me or service provided. My wife and I were extremely upset.

Wednesday: things went smoother with different crew. I'm not sure of time billed, but I really should have been credited time from Tuesday.

From the get go Gene was EXCELLENT

Henry & Xavier were also EXCELLENT very business & professional
very caring & thoughtful and did not mind going the extra mile They were a God send from start to finish ( they should get a raise they are keepers)

From start to finish, this was a great experience. From the office contacts setting up appointments and the check ins, to the movers themselves everyone was very professional. The movers were very careful with all the furniture, fast and pleasant.

The “Two Men” were exceptionally professional, polite, kind and very hard workers. Packing a truck correctly is an art and they did a perfect job for us. Thank you very much!!

I had a great team of guys that worked together well. They were efficient and very nice. Job well done. I had damage to one dresser and a tv stand , the office staff is staying in communication to correct the problem.

Our moving team was exceptional! Quick, careful, and cheerful - they arrived exactly on time, departed exactly when they said, got it all done, and made me laugh a few times in the process. Their names are Tylan, Malik, and Shyon, and they are the best team of movers that I’ve ever met.

Crew that helped move was great. Very fast and personable. Great 4 guys!
